Sidemount diving is not exclusively for technical diving, it is eminent for recreational diving as well. When you dive Sidemount, you have your bottles down along the side, and it might seem a little strange, but once you've tried it, it makes good sense. When you dive Sidemount, you get inequality to control your buoyancy and especially your trim better in the water. In addition, you become more streamlined in the water. As an added bonus, you have the option of bringing more air with you on your dive.
Search and Recovery in everyday speech SAR is a course where the focus is on search patterns and raising techniques.
